September 12, 2012. The Bretts Show, Branson’s Best Morning Show (BransonShowAwards.com & BransonCritic.com), welcomes back their youngest member Garon Brett. For two years Garon has been in Bogota, Colombia serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. “I am excited to be back in Branson continuing the work I was doing in Colombia, which was to improve people’s lives and help them want to be their best selves,” says Garon, “only this time it will be through music and entertainment.”
Garon is scheduled to rejoin the family on stage on Thursday, September 20th, 2012. Of Garon’s return to the show, his brother Brydon comments: “It is going to be great having Garon and his signature style back on the stage with us. I am excited for what he will bring to the new Brett brand.” Garon himself is a very gifted singer/songwriter. In 2011 a song he co-wrote called “Billboard Girl,” won the grand prize in the NSAI/CMT Songwriting Contest, against some of the nation’s top writers. Garon’s return adds another exciting dimension and even more power to The Bretts already award-winning show. “It is great to see how much the family has improved while I was away. The creativity of the music and overall production are astounding” says Garon, “It gives me a feeling of excitement for the near and distant future. This is really just the beginning of something great.”
